The training team is led by former BBC News correspondent John Morrison, one of the most experienced broadcasters in the country. John has been Europe Correspondent, Chief Political Correspondent and Scotland Correspondent for the BBC. His experience of interviewing Presidents, Prime Ministers and
captains of industry has helped shape MMM's media training programme.
John is supported by Charlie Mann, one of Scotland's leading public relations professionals. A trained journalist he has extensive experience of developing and directing high level communications campaigns for a range of organisations including: Diageo, Lloyds Bank, The Scotch Whisky Society and the Scottish Police Federation.
Both John and Charlie continue to work as freelance broadcasters. MMM also employ some of the best camera operators in Britain to film and record interviews using top of the range digital equipment.
MMM's bespoke training programmes are built around realistic, yet challenging scenarios. Delegates are taught how to engage with all parts of the media, from local press to national radio and television as well as social media such as Facebook and Twitter. We show you how to promote positive stories and deal with potential problems. The emphasis is on personal development and confidence building through practical interviews and constructive feedback.
The MMM team can deliver training at our base in Glasgow, but equally we can provide sessions wherever you happen to be.
